A special day connecting with nature, the vibrational healing energy and language of flowers, healing, crystals and meditation. Weather permitting, we will be working amongst the herbs and flowers in the quiet meditation and healing part of our garden.

When Flower essences are sprayed into our auric field, they can aid our soul and emotional selves. Flower essences are the vibrational energetic message of a flower, transmitted and memorised by water. Nature has its own unexplained energy. Energy is all the way around and within us. We are all energy just in different forms. How do you feel when you run through a field of wild flowers? or lay on the grass surrounded by daisies – does it bring out your inner child as you start to make daisy chains, place them in your hair or pull away at the petals – he loves me, he loves me not, hoping it ends on the right phase? How to craft from the dew stored in the Teasel seed heads and why does the scent of roses pull at your heart? Why has a Heartease plant self-seeded in your flower border?

I love using flower essences in my own life, for my animals and healing work. I have my standard set, which I have crafted over years using the vibration and language of the flowers, healing, crystals, oils and moon cycles. It can be a particular plant that calls me or the area it grows and a new essence will be born. I like to connect with the flower by sitting in its surroundings, listening and meditating to see what is shown to me. When a flower wishes to connect it will call you.
