Wellness Retreat Day – Sunday 8^th March 2026

A sacred day of renewal, meditation, soul readings, drum medicine and relaxing gong bath. Experience a journey of stillness, sound and soul nourishment.

I would like to invite you to take a pause from your everyday life and step into a sacred space of stillness, to realign your mind, body and spirit. Join us for a rejuvenating Wellness Retreat Day filled with grounding practices and restorative experiences.

Throughout the day, we will journey together:

• Guided meditation – begin the day by settling into a deep presence, calming the mind and reconnecting with your inner self.
• Inspirational readings - receive gentle wisdom and intuitive messages to ignite clarity, peace and align you with higher truth.
• Manifesting Mandala - throughout the day you will be gently guided to connect with your deepest intentions – whether you are calling in abundance, love, healing, clarity or new beginnings. Using colour therapy, sacred symbolism and mindful creativity you will be guided to create a personal mandala that becomes a visual prayer or energetic portal for manifestation to accompany you on your path forward.
• Drumming session - feel the heartbeat of the drum connecting you to Earth. Experience the uplifting rhythms of group drumming, awakening energy, creativity and joyful connection and experience a drum healing.
• Gong bath – close the day by soaking in the celestial vibrations of the gongs, as waves of sound cleanse, rebalance and elevate your entire being, melting tension and restoring harmony.

This is a day to soften, to remember, to reconnect with the sacred essence within you

The day is being held at The Horton Hall, Horton Road, BH21 7JA on Sunday 8th March 11am to 4pm. A limited number of places are available for this retreat day, to preserve the depth of the experience.

Energy exchange: £75 honours the time, preparation, all sessions, light refreshments, sacred space materials and the beautiful hall we create in together.
